Harvest Home 104th Street Play Street

After much preparation and community outreach, we are excited to debut the Harvest Home 104^th Street PlayStreet this coming Thursday, July 15^th at 10am!  Working in partnership with the Transportation Alternatives and Harvest Home Farmer’s Market, NYC SAfH has developed the Harvest Home 104^th Street PlayStreet as a means to promote active living by providing free physical activity programming for the children of East Harlem. Community partners will be coming together this Thursday and offering children an array of activities, from yoga to rugby to karate, and more.

We are also seeking volunteers to support the PlayStreet.

Volunteer shifts run from: 9 am - 12 pm, 12 pm - 3 pm.

Dates: Thursdays, July 15 - Sept 2 (7/15, 7/22, 7/29, 8/5, 8/12, 8/19, 8/26, 9/2)

We will be holding a volunteer training session next week:

Wednesday, July 14^th at 5pm

NYC SAfH Offices at 158 East 115^th Street (off of Lexington Avenue), 2^nd Floor.
